💰 What Happens Beyond 15 Minutes? If your matter requires more than 15 minutes of review, research, document analysis, or detailed consultation, we will notify you and request payment of our applicable consultation fee. The fee will depend on the depth, complexity, and urgency of your matter. You are under no obligation to proceed with paid consultation unless you choose to.
📋 Response Commitment: We genuinely strive to respond to every query received through Free Case Evaluation or Send Legal Query. However, due to the high volume of inquiries, availability of our legal team, and the complexity of individual matters, response times may vary. While we make every reasonable effort to address your query, we cannot guarantee a response to every submission, particularly during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. 💰 Advance Professional Fees: Engagement of Regal Law Chamber for legal services is subject to payment of advance professional fees as mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of services. 🔄 Right to Refuse Service: Regal Law Chamber reserves the absolute right to refuse to evaluate, respond to, or engage on any query at its sole discretion without providing any reason. 📌 Case Evaluation & Acceptance Policy: Regal Law Chamber carefully reviews every inquiry received. However, acceptance of a case or legal representation is subject to our internal evaluation process, including assessment of legal merits, potential conflicts of interest, and availability of resources. We reserve the right to decline representation in accordance with applicable rules and professional standards. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, provide alternative referrals or suggestions to assist you further.
Professional Fees & Payment Terms
💰 Fees & Charges Covered: These terms apply to all consultation fees, professional fees, incidental legal charges, miscellaneous legal expenses, court fees, filing fees, drafting charges, travel expenses, and any other expenses incurred in connection with your legal matter.
💳 Payment Terms: All fees and charges shall be communicated to the client prior to engagement. Payments are processed directly to Regal Law Chamber's or its authorised signatory's bank account via UPI QR code, UPI intent links, payment gateways or wire transfer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all professional fees are payable in advance. Payment confirmation is subject to transaction verification. In the event of payment failure or incorrect transaction, clients are required to provide proof of payment. Regal Law Chamber reserves the right to refund or adjust payments in case of technical errors.
❌ Non-Refundable Policy: All professional fees, consultation fees, and other charges are non-refundable once the agreed services have been rendered or the consultation has been provided. Court fees, filing fees, and other government levies are subject to the refund policies of the respective courts or authorities.
Intellectual Property & Submissions
You acknowledge and agree that any query, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us become our sole property.
